Founded in 2009, Protein Works is a unique and innovative sports nutrition brand that was born out of a passion for sports nutrition and a desire to raise the bar in terms of product quality and level of service for sports nutrition customers everywhere. For the past several years, the three of us (Mark, Nick, and Karl) have been working in the sports supplements industry with a diverse group of elite athletes and teams.
Protein Works exemplifies the way we believe sports nutrition should be approached and delivered. In order to do things the right way and to listen to our customers on a daily basis, we have made significant investments. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we are deeply committed to not only meeting, but exceeding, the expectations of our clients and customers.
As for the products, our philosophy is based on three fundamental principles, which are as follows: PURE | PROVEN | PERSONAL. Here’s where you can learn more about what we mean by each of these terms, as well as what makes us tick and how important you are to the overall vision of Protein Works! As is always the case, we’d like to know what you think – the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. We are motivated to improve as a result of your feedback.
Green Tea Ultra Tablets
Green tea extract has been shown to aid in the improvement of health and body composition as a result of its high level of antioxidants. A large number of studies have demonstrated that green tea extract can aid in weight loss, blood sugar regulation, disease prevention, and exercise recovery, among other benefits.
Because of the caffeine in green tea, it may cause side effects. Anxiety, tremors, irritability, and sleeping difficulties are all possible symptoms. This is more likely to happen if you have a caffeine sensitivity or if you consume large amounts of caffeine. Green tea has fewer side effects than other caffeinated beverages because it contains less caffeine.
The increase occurs within 30 minutes and lasts for a minimum of 90 minutes after that point. High blood pressure: Green tea contains caffeine, which may raise blood pressure in people who already have high blood pressure. People who regularly consume caffeine from green tea or other sources, on the other hand, may experience less of an effect.

BCAA Powder
Branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) supplements are commonly used to increase muscle growth and improve exercise performance. They may also aid in weight loss and fatigue reduction following physical activity. All of the most important information about branched-chain amino acids and their benefits can be found in this comprehensive article.
Some side effects, such as fatigue and loss of coordination, may occur as a result of taking this medication. BCAAs should only be used with caution before or during activities that require motor coordination, such as driving or operating heavy machinery. It is possible that BCAAs will cause stomach problems such as nausea, diarrhoea, and bloating.
Several studies have suggested that taking BCAA supplements while training can help you gain more muscle and strength. The studies were conducted over a short period of time and failed to demonstrate that supplementing with BCAAs is superior to obtaining them from dietary sources. According to some research, BCAAs may help to reduce soreness and speed up recovery after physical activity.

Vegan Vitamin B12 Tablets
Vegans should follow one of the following recommendations in order to reap the full benefits of a vegan diet: In order to obtain at least three micrograms (mcg or g) of vitamin B12 per day, consume fortified foods two or three times per day. Alternatively, take one B12 supplement daily that contains at least 10 micrograms of vitamin B12. Alternatively, take a weekly B12 supplement containing at least 2000 micrograms of vitamin B12.
Methylcobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that is created in a laboratory by modifying cyanocobalamin. It is the most readily available form of vitamin B12. It is the raw material from which the majority of vegan supplements are made. Hydroxocobalamin – The most “natural” form of vitamin B12, which can be found in meat and dairy products.
Vegans can easily meet their B12 requirements by taking supplements or regularly consuming foods that are fortified with B12. Some supplements contain ingredients that are not vegan. However, there are numerous vegan B12 supplements available, including my personal favourite. When taken as a pill, vitamin B12 is poorly absorbed by the body.
