Our mesh solution, known as Hyperoptic Total Wi-Fi®, extends the power of your Hyperoptic broadband connection across your house, providing you with the utmost Wi-Fi speed, reliability, and coverage — in each and every room.
You have the ability, at any moment (even when you place your order), to add Total Wi-Fi to your existing Hyperoptic service. The Minihub, which is included in Total Wi-Fi, is a robust WiFi range extender and can be quickly installed by following the instructions that are included in the package.
Our monthly rolling packages do not presently include access to Hyperoptic Total Wi-Fi®; however, if you would like to take advantage of this feature, you have the option of upgrading to either a 12- or 24-month plan. If you are currently subscribed to a 12- or 24-month package, you may be required to switch to a different package, at which point you will be required to consent to a new monthly package payment and begin the minimum commitment term anew.

The Minihub
The Total WiFi system incorporates their potent Minihub, which has a gorgeously streamlined form and is meant to blend in discretely. The Minihub is an extension of your Hyperoptic WiFi network that is simple to install and increases its range across the entirety of your home despite its little size.
Hyperoptic are able to give you with an additional Minihub if you reside on a large property or discover that you require your Hyperoptic Total WiFi to go even further than it now does. This is the case even though one Minihub should be more than sufficient for the job.

Where do I go to activate Hyperoptic Total Wi-Fi®?
Total Wi-Fi can be added to your Hyperoptic service at any time through My Account for just £7 per month (unless you’re already taking advantage of a discount).
You can also contact them and they’ll be pleased to incorporate this into your service. They’ll then ship you a Minihub (and a replacement Hyperhub router, if necessary), which you may install in accordance with the enclosed guidelines (or learn more about Minihub installation by clicking here). If you need a replacement Hyperhub, all you have to do is mail them the old one.
Is there a recommended spot for my Minihub?
Minihubs perform best when placed centrally, no more than two rooms or one story distant from their parent Hyperhub router, in areas where widespread Wi-Fi coverage is required.
Pick a visible location (not a cabinet or a corner) and keep it off the floor if possible. Keep your distance from the stove, the microwave, the refrigerator, the bluetooth speaker, and anything else that puts off a lot of power, as well as any metal objects or mirrors.
Is Hyperoptic Total Wi-Fi® compatible with alternative mesh networks?
Total Wi-Fi currently only supports Hyperoptic broadband and is not compatible with any other mesh systems or devices. If you want the finest possible Wi-Fi service, their Minihubs should be used in conjunction with your Hyperhub router. In the future, Total Wi-Fi may be compatible with additional mesh services as mesh networking develops. Keep an eye out!
